Yoga was a way out for me personally during my overworked days in IT, when I would come home completely exhausted, dumb, and mentally empty. I didn't want to reach for alcohol or anything else like my colleagues because it wasn't relaxing enough for me, on the contrary very uninteresting and dangerous for my health.

For a long time, yoga brought me back into the game and allowed me to discover a side of my personality I didn't even know I had.

Yoga changes, improves, and provides a shield and support in everyday life. It has taught me what life is all about and what life is really worth living for.
